CINCINNATI, OH (WXIX) - Bengals star running back Joe Mixon will likely need surgery after suffering a knee injury in Thursday night’s win over the Ravens, according to a report by NFL.com.

In his second season, Mixon has compiled 236 total yards in his first two games of the season with a rushing touchdown in the Bengals 2-0 start.

Bengals veteran Giovani Bernard, Mixon’s backup, has 51 total yards and 25 yards rushing through two games.
