COLLEGE HILL, OH (FOX19) - Local businesses were raided by SWAT and drug task forces in connection with a county-wide drug sting operation on Friday, according to a Facebook post made by the North College Hill Police Department.

The Hamilton County SWAT team, North College Hill Police, and the Drug Abuse Reduction Task Force raided two local businesses in the 1800 block of W. Galbraith Road in North College Hill.

A search warrant was issued for the Pure Quality Media Center as well as a candy shop next to it, said police.

A large amount of heroin and drug manufacturing items were located in both businesses, said police.

According to a Facebook page for a NCHPD, a K-9 named Onil assisted with the sting, “Onil alerted on a SUV parked at the rear of the business. Inside that vehicle Officer Wall and Officer Cole locates (sic) a small amount of marijuana and a stolen firearm inside that vehicle. The owner of the vehicle admitted to buying the gun from a “friend” and was subsequently arrested for RSP.”
