CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Yet another wet-to-icy mix of precipitation will arrive in most of the region before noon Saturday.
Locations from Connersville, IN through Oxford and Middletown to Wilmington, OH will be cold enough for the precipitation to be all snow with some accumulation and slick driving in spots.
With temperatures not much warmer than freezing, other locations will get chilly rain occasionally mixing with some sleet or freezing rain.
During the evening as arctic air arrives temperatures will begin to drop and for a few hours freezing rain may be a problem. By midnight Sunday snow will be accumulating and total 2 inches to 4 inches around the metro area before it ends by dawn Sunday.
The big problem is likely to be reduced visibility from blowing and drifting snow as winds gust to around 40 mph from before dawn Sunday into Sunday afternoon.
By Sunday evening wind chills will be below zero and for Monday morning look for the wind chill to be as cold as -20 degrees in areas exposed to the wind. Actual temperatures will be as cold as -5 degrees by Monday morning.
