Dry Valentine’s Day ahead of weekend snow

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - We’re in for a sunny and mild Valentine’s Day.

With the exception of some rain showers tonight and early Friday morning, we will get a brief reprieve from active weather.

The high temperature will reach the low 50s Thursday. We will cool a bit into the low 40s Friday.

Then, our next chance for snow showers will arrive Friday night into Saturday morning.

Right now, accumulations do not look to be major. It will be just enough to cause some slicks spots on roads and overpasses.

Once the snow ends, Saturday afternoon will be dry but colder.

Temperatures will only reach the mid-to-upper 30s both Saturday and Sunday.
