CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati police issued an endangered missing adult alert Tuesday for a 69-year-old woman.

Deborah Jetter is a black female who stands about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 150 lbs. She has black hair and brown eyes.

Police say she recently went to visit family in Fort Wayne, Ind. They said she left her location in Fort Wayne on April 14 around 8 p.m. but never returned home.

The vehicle involved is a silver 2011 Chevy Aveo with Ohio plate number DBH2011. Call or dial 911 if you see the adult or the vehicle.
