HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - Attorneys for Dr. Mark Blankenburg were in court on Thursday, asking again for the judge to lower the pediatrician's bond.

Dr. Blankenburg is behind bars on a $1 million bond, facing numerous counts stemming from allegations that he engaged in sexual activities with his male patients, video taped it, then bribed the victims with drugs or money.

The judge lowered Blankenburg's bond to 10 percent of $1 million, all cash. If he posts bond, he will be monitored using a GPS device, and will have someone checking on him 24 hours a day. He must also stay away from anyone under the age of 18.

Dr. Blankenburg's twin brother, Dr. Scott Blankenburg, who is facing similar charges but is out on bond, was present in the courtroom. He indicated Dr. Mark may be able to post bond by the end of the week.

A judge ruled earlier this week that the brothers will face separate trials.
