Jail time for woman who shot neighbor

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - A Middletown woman who shot her neighbor will spend time behind bars.

Vernessika Houston was convicted of two counts of felonious assault, and sentenced to four years in prison this week by Warren County Judge James Flannery.

The Warren County Prosecutor's Office says Houston was involved in a verbal dispute with her neighbor that turned violent. Houston shot at two unarmed victims striking one in the lower back with two bullets and narrowly grazing the victim's head.
