CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A trial in Hamilton County Judge Ethna Cooper's courtroom came to a screeching halt Wednesday after a bizarre action from the defendant.
James Orr is on trial for aggravated robbery and kidnapping. He told his lawyer he was hungry, but when he couldn't get anything to eat, Orr emptied his colostomy bag onto the courtroom table and ate some of the contents.
He was removed from the courtroom, and Judge Cooper ordered a wash down of the table.
Prosecutors say Orr's been trying to convince the court he's mentally incompetent.
