MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) - Police have made an arrest after a double shooting over the weekend in Middletown.
Brian Adams Jr., 20, was arrested Sunday and charged with two counts of felonious assault.
Police and fire crews were called to the 1400 block of Forrest Avenue for a report of a shooting around 2:40 a.m. Sunday morning. Police found a man and woman were suffering form gunshot wounds.
During an investigation, police discovered that there was a disturbance involving the victims of the shooting and others around 2:15 a.m. at Forrest Avenue and Young Street. Some time later, a vehicle drove by the home and fired at least one shot from the car, striking the two victims.
Christopher Hayes, 23, and Ashley Hall, 20, were both transported to Atrium Hospital. Hayes was later sent to Miami Valley Hospital by Care Flight.
