CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Hamilton County man faces charges for throwing rocks at cars.
Rodney Maxwell, 41, faces four counts of felonious assault for throwing large rocks at cars on several occasions.
Police say Maxwell threw a rock on Aug. 18 while a car was waiting at a stoplight in the 600 block of William Howard Taft. The rock struck the victim on the chin. Police say Maxwell did it again on Aug. 20 in the same location.
On Sept. 14, he returned to the same place and struck a victim in the back of the head. Later that day, he threw one at a car in the 2500 block of Highland Ave. That rock landed between the victim's head and the head rest.
None of victims were seriously hurt.
This all comes after a recent case in which a teenager pled guilty to throwing rocks at cars on Columbia Parkway, seriously injuring a woman.
Maxwell was also arrested for sexual imposition for an incident back in May in which police say he followed a female victim into an elevator, touched her inappropriately, and exposed his private parts.
Maxwell's bond was set at $200,000 for the rock-throwing incidents and another $50,000 for the sexual imposition charge.
