LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - A man was arrested for attempting to steal beer from the Lebanon Wal-Mart.
It happened around 3:30 a.m. Thursday morning.
Police say Jay William Clark attempted to steal a case of beer and then assaulted a Wal-Mart employee while attempting to leave with the merchandise.
Clark was apprehended a short time later after a foot pursuit with officers. He was charged with robbery and obstruction official business and was taken to the Warren County Jail.
