The driver, Josh Perry, 21, of Middletown, was also found to be a suspect in the robbery of Central Pastry on Sept. 26.

Perry was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery, felony receiving stolen property, fleeing and eluding, reckless operation and failure to control.
