NEWPORT, KY (FOX19) - The Campbell County Coroner's Office says a preliminary autopsy report shows a Covington man drowned in a pond.
The body of Isaac Ripberger, 28, was found Sunday on Reis Lane.
Ripberger's family and friends reported him missing after he was last seen at a nearby Halloween party on Friday night.
Police believe Ripberger may have been under the influence and possibly injured, but a full toxicology report won't be available for several days.
