BATAVIA, OH (FOX19) - Batavia's 100 year old elementary school with a leaky roof will continue to be the home for students after a levy that would have tapped state funds to help pay for construction of a new elementary school failed.
If it had passed the districted hoped to build the new grade school near the high school in Batavia Township.
