CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Voters approved a five year extension to an existing Cincinnati Public School levy that was set to expire in December 2010.
This 325.9 million dollar levy would fund operational exenses, paying for textbooks, transportation and teachers.
This levy breaks down to 65 million dollars annually for CPS, which is 14 percent of it's annual operating budget. Since this is a renewal it will not raise property taxes.
