
CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The Hamilton County Health Department has scheduled more H1N1 vaccine clinics for high-risk groups.
Everyone attending must have an appointment.
A clinic will be held for pregnant women and adults or parents who live with or care for young children younger than 6 months of age on Tuesday, Nov. 17 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Job and Family Services building at 184 East McMillan Street in Corryville.
Another clinic will be held Thursday, Nov. 19 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the HC ESC building at 924 Waycross Road in Forest Park for children 6 months through 4 years of age.
To receive an appointment, send an e-mail to H1N1appointment@hamilton-co.org. Include the date of the clinic in the subject line and the high risk category in the e-mail.
Appointment-only clinics will serve those most at risk for hospitalization from flu which includes:
There will be additional vaccination clinics scheduled each week as vaccine supply permits.
Documentation that individuals are in the priority group must be provided. This may include: prescription, medicine bottle, appointment card, birth certificate, hospital discharge summary or another form of proof.
