BURLINGTON, KY (FOX19) - A library patron was arrested Tuesday for indecent exposure.
Lester Henry, 58, of Erlanger, was arrested for indecent exposure and disorderly conduct at the main branch in Burlington after a deputy witnessed him masturbating in the computer lab while watching a wrestling video.
The deputy was there for an unrelated activity when someone alerted him to what was going on.
Henry is being held in the Boone County Detention Center.
