EVENDALE, OF (FOX19) - Northbound Interstate 75 near the Glendale-Milford Road exit is finally open after a multi-car accident Thursday afternoon.
It happened just before 3 p.m. One car was flipped upside down and it appears at least seven total cars are involved. According to officials, a semi truck traveling south was carrying a tar pot when the driver lost his trailer and it went into the northbound lanes causing the accident.
AirCare has been called to scene to transport at least one person. Another person was also taken to the hospital. The names of the victims or their conditions have not yet been released.
Luckily, there are no reports of fatalities.
A short time before 7:00pm, all northbound lanes were finally open.
