MIAMI TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - A police chase leads to an accident sending three people to the hospital early Sunday morning.
At short time before 12:30am, a Hamilton County Deputy Sheriff attempted to make a traffic stop on East Miami River Road a Gum Road. The driver of the vehicle, 37-year-old Franklin Sizemore fled from the Deputy and reached speeds over 100 mph. Sizemore tried to drive left of center around another vehicle and was sideswiped. Sizemore's vehicle then lost control, ran off the roadway and rolled on its top.
27-year-old Ryan Dietrich, the second driver was not injured but his passenger, 25-year-old Melissa Dietrich was transported to Christ Hospital who is listed in stable condition.
Franklin Sizemore was transported to university Hospital and is listed in stable condition. his passenger, 32-year-old Essie Moesley was taken to University Hospital and released.
Franklin Sizemore was charged with having a fictitious licence plates, driving under suspension, failure to control, and fleeing and eluding. He also had 11 other warrants. Moesley was also arrested on two warrants.
