READING, OH (FOX19) - A Reading woman is behind bars after police say she hit two people with her car, dragging one of them for several blocks.

Reading Police arrested Natashia Casteel, 21, late Thursday night and charged her with two counts of vehicular assault and one count of failure to stop.

Police say she was backing up on Wachendorf Street near West Benson when she hit a man, causing a laceration to his leg. She then hit another man after he attempted to stop her for the first incident and dragged him several blocks. That man suffered several injuries and was taken to the hospital. His condition is unknown.
