ANDERSON TWP., OH (FOX19) - A man involved in the fiery crash that closed a section on I-275 near Beechmont Avenue has been charged with improper lane change, a traffic code misdemeanor.
The accident injured three people and the highway had to be shut down for hours after a mini van, driven by Chester Johnson, 47, cut off a semi-truck, causing the truck to rear-end the mini van, sending it down an embankment. The semi then skidded and turned over, and bursting into flames.
The semi-truck driver, Bruce Gough, the driver of the mini van, Chester Johnson and his passenger, Robert Althuas, have all been released from the hospital.
