TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - Toledo-area authorities have closed down two interstate highways near the Michigan border after finding a suspicious device along the highway. Transportation officials say workers cleaning up litter along I-75 found the device. Police are diverting traffic onto other roadways.

MITCHELL, Ind. (AP) - Authorities credit quick-thinking bystanders, saying they saved the life of an Ohio City teen who was pulled from a hotel pool in southern Indiana. Authorities say a relative spotted Riley Saylor on the pool bottom. A woman jumped in and brought the 13-year-old to the surface, where a nurse and another visitor gave him CPR.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - The Ohio Historical Society is rebranding itself as the Ohio History Connection.
