Josh Brown will remain the Bengals kicker for the rest of the season after the Bengals placed Mike Nugent on the injured list, ending his season.
In Nugent's place, the Bengals signed rookie CB Chris Lewis-Harris from the Bengals practice squad.
Lewis-Harris (5-10, 180; Tennessee-Chattanooga) has played in one game this season (Game 3, Sept. 30 at Jacksonville, no statistics) to the roster. He has been on the practice squad for Games 1-2 and 4-15. He signed with the Bengals on July 26 of this year as a college free agent and played in all four Cincinnati preseason games, with 13 tackles and one sack.
Nugent played in Games 1-12 of this season but has been sidelined since December 5, when he suffered a right calf strain in practice.
