An Oakley bar owner went to Indianapolis to catch the Indy 500 this past weekend but never made it past the parking lot.
James "vince" Vinson, co-owner of RP McMurphy's bar was found by friends in his car Sunday outside of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Vinson had complained of fatigue and stayed behind in the car where friends found him slumped over an hour later.
An autopsy will be performed in Indianapolis.
