Trial Date For Foster Mom Set

A woman who his accused of killing her foster child is scheduled to go on trial January 22nd. 

Liz Carroll's murder trial has been set in Clermont County. 

Carroll, along with her husband David is accused of wrapping three-year-old Marcus Fiesel in a blanket and leaving him in a closet for two days while the couple attended a family reunion.  Upon returning to their Clermont County home, prosecutors say, they found Fiesel dead from heat exhaustion. 

The 30-year-old foster mother will be in court for a hearing of her charges in Hamilton County which include Inducing Panic, Making False Alarms and Perjury. 

David Carroll's murder trial is scheduled to begin in late Feburary in Clermont County.  He also faces charges in Hamilton County of Making False Alarms and Inducing Panic.  Both will be in court next week for pre-trial hearings related to those cases.
