A jailer accused of raping two female inmates is scheduled to be in court on Wednesday.

Michael Stokes, 32, was fired on January 18th after the allegations arose. The two women have since been released from jail.

Stokes will appear before Kenton County Judge Martin Sheehan and could plead guilty to one count sexual abuse in the second degree. The plea deal would drop the more serious charges. He could spend one year in jail on the misdemeanor charge.
