
Napa Grill Chocolate Decadence Cake
9 whole eggs
9 egg yolks
1 cup granulated sugar
¾ cup all purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ pounds unsalted butter
*Whip all eggs and sugar together until pale yellow
*Melt butter and chocolate and whisk until uniform
*Add to egg/sugar mix and slowly incorperate dry ingredients
To Bake
*Fill ramekins with 4oz of mix and tap to even out
*Bake in Oven at 375 for approx 12 mins
*Transfer to refrigerator and remove from molds when cool

Decorate plate with Chocolate Sauce.
Heat the cake in microwave for approx 40 seconds.
Place cake in center of plate top with fried crepe and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Garnish with berries.
