According to Warren County prosecutor Rachel Hutzel, formal charges have been filed against Shaunte Mitchell.
Hutzel says Mitchell is charged with child endangerment, disorderly conduct and aggravated arson.
Mitchell continues to undergo psychiatric treatment.
The baby's maternal grandmother currently has custody of the infant through Warren County Children's Services.

Authorities say Shaunte Mitchell will not face any charges until she undergoes a psychological evaluation.

(LEBANON, OH) -- There is disturbing news coming from Lebanon police, where a seven week old baby was left in the street early Saturday morning.
Around 2:30am, 9-1-1 dispatchers received a call that a naked woman was carrying a baby in the roadway on Miller Road Extension. The caller also told officials that the woman stated she was taking the infant to Satan.
When officers found the woman, she did not respond to the questions from the officers and she did not have the infant. The woman was identified as 29-year-old Shaunte Mitchell of Lebanon. She was transported to Bethesda Arrow Springs for a medical and psychological evaluation.
The baby was found in the middle of the road on the center lane strips, but had no injuries. The infant is now in the care of Warren County Children Services.
Charges against Mitchell are being prepared and include child endangerment, disorderly conduct, and aggravated arson.
