Cooking with Caitlin Caprese Burger
* Yield: 20 4 oz. Burgers
* Prep Time: 10 minutes
* Cooking Time: 17 minutes
ingredients* 5 Pounds Ground Pork
* 1 Cup Spinach and Garlic Pesto
* Sundried Tomato Mayo - see recipe
* 20 Rolls
instructions
1. Combine all ingredients together and form 4 oz. burger patties.
2. Stuff a lump of fresh mozzarella in the center of each patty.
3. Grill 10 minutes, flip and then an additional 7 minutes.
4. Place burger on a bun, smear sundried tomato mayo (see recipe) on top of burger and serve.
Sun-dried Tomato Mayo
* Yield: 2 cups

ingredients* 1 Cup Mayonnaise
* 1 Cup Sundried Tomatoes Packed in Oil
instructionsMix the mayo and the sundried tomatoes, including the oil in which they were jarred, in the food processor until smooth.
