    An Indianapolis Police officer is waking up behind bars Cincinnati, after he allegedly shot a follow cop and fled the scene. The incident started around 8:30 p.m. Friday as a domestic violence call, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. Police arrived at the off-duty officer's apartment in Indianapolis, but he was not there.  We're told an investigator arrived on scene about an hour later for a follow-up interview. Capt.
