WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MOST OF THE FOX19 VIEWING AREA
9PM FRIDAY UNTIL 7 PM SATUDAY
Except for a few high, thin clouds the sky this morning will be clear. It will again be cold but not nearly as cold as Thursday morning. Southerly to southwesterly winds mean slightly warmer air flowing into the Tri State as the core of the arctic air mass moves east.
This evening a mix of rain and snow arrives and stays with us until Saturday evening. With temperatures close to freezing this event will be more wet and slushy than slick. The greatest accumulations will be around Connersville and Liberty with most of us getting 1" to 2" of which about half will melt on contact with the ground
