OXFORD, OH (FOX19) - An Oxford, Ohio man charged with OVI on Halloween was wearing an appropriate costume.
James Miller, 18, was arrested around 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning while dressed as a Breathalyzer.
Police say Miller was driving the wrong way out of the entrance to a one way street when he was pulled over. Officers found what was left of a case of Bud Light beer in the passenger front seat and in the trunk.
Miller registered a blood-alcohol level of .158, nearly two times the legal limit. He was also found with multiple Ohio ID's in his wallet.
He was also charged with Offenses Involving Underage Persons, Certain Acts Prohibited, Open Container and One Way Street Violation. He was released to his girlfriend.
