COVINGTON, KY (FOX19) - A man who's already in jail for murder is now charged with another murder after he allegedly killed a fellow inmate.

Marion Parker (aka Timmy Parker), 27, was arrested last month for the murder of Shawn Davis.

Davis was found burned underneath a bridge in Cold Spring. Three others have also been arrested for their involvement in his murder.

On Monday, Parker was arraigned on a new charge of murder for allegedly strangling fellow inmate Isaac Jackson to death in the Kenton County Jail.

A preliminary hearing will be next week. Parker is being held without bond.

Kenton County Commonwealth Attorney Rob Sanders says both murder cases are death penalty eligible.

Investigators say Parker walked out of the Pogue Rehabilitation Center in January after doing some time for a robbery conviction. That's the same place convicted killer and sex offender Anthony Kirkland walked out of just days before he allegedly killed 13-year-old Esme Kenney.
