CINCINNATI (AP) - A third suspect has surrendered in a Cincinnati drive-by shooting in which more than 20 shots were fired into an FBI agent's car.

Police say 23-year-old Deante Martell gave himself up Tuesday night after a federal warrant was issued for him.

Complaints filed in U.S. District Court charge Martell, 25-year-old Robert Coker, and 43-year-old Kenny Davis with assaulting a federal officer.

Coker and Davis were arrested earlier and are in the Hamilton County jail.

The agent was not hit by gunfire in last week's shooting but was treated for cuts from flying debris. The FBI has not released the agent's name or said what sort of investigation he was pursuing.
