Bruschetta

One loaf of organic ciabatta bread
Organic olive oil to brush on bread eight cup
Four tbls of minced garlic
Four large organic tomatoes chopped
Quarter cup of basil
Quarter cup of olives
Quarter cup of organic red and yellow bell peppers chopped
Quarter cup of organic red onion chopped
Organic balsamic vinegar to taste
Organic honey to taste

Slice bread
Rub with olive oil and minced garlic
Toast in oven until lightly browned
Set aside

In a saute pan over medium heat, saute all ingredients for five minutes stirring while sauteeing. Reduce heat and simmer for fifteen minutes. Remove from heat and completely chill. Add on top of bread.
