CSO conductor guilty of OVI

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The conductor of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra was found guilty Tuesday of drunk driving.

Paavo Jarvi was arrested last month after police say they found him passed out behind the wheel of his car.

In court on Tuesday, Jarvi pleaded no contest and was found guilty by Judge Dwayne Mallory.

Jarvi will have to pay a $375 fine and $100 in court costs, but can do community service in exchange for the fine. His drivers license was also suspected for six months and he will be under community control for six months.
