Surfs Up Fish Taco's with Baja Sauce

Surfs up Fish Taco's with  Baja Sauce.

If you are looking for a fun, fresh, low fat, alternative to traditional beef taco's, try Barbie's Surfs up Fish Taco's.  Loaded with flavor and crunch, these taco's will become one of the favorites on your families weekly menu

1 pound firm white fish fillets, thawed

(mahi mahi, tilapia, halibut, white fish)

1-2 Tablespoons prepared low salt taco seasoning

1 package small flour or corn tortillias

1 cup finely shredded cabbage

1 avocado sliced and sprinkled with lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper

Remove fish from package and wipe off excess moisture with paper towel

Sprinkle with taco seasoning and rub into fillets

Let sit for 5-10 minutes

To prepare fish

Spray grill pan with nonstick spray

Bring grill pan to high heat

Place fish on grill pan, depending on thickness of fish cook 4-5 minutes per side.

Remove from grill pan and flake with a fork.

Remove tortillias from package, grill for 20 seconds on each side or until grill marks appear. Cover to keep warm.

Baja Sauce

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons prepared taco seasoning

1 small jalapeno chopped

½ cup chopped cilantro

1/4 cup lime juice

Mix all ingredients together in bowl, stir well and serve
