FORT THOMAS, KY (FOX19) - Police have identified the body the was found in a submerged SUV in a lake Wednesday afternoon.

He is 61-year-old Stephan Rosen from Wilder, Kentucky.

Investigators say he lived with his family in Wilder, but has a job where he would travel around town. He has business in Fort Thomas and left for work before 6 a.m. and police believe it wouldn't be unusual for him to be on that road.

Police say that there may have been a medical issue, but have not confirmed that information. They also say there were rubber marks on the road that indicated a hard right turn was made into the pond.

Rosen was driving a 1997 Toyota 4Runner at the time of the incident.
