Coconut Flan recipe
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. In a skillet pour the sugar until it melts like syrup , pour the syrup into your mold. in a blender  combine all the ingredients and blend for a minute. Pour the mixture in the mold and in a bigger container like a pyrex pour water half way and put your mold with the mixture in the middle this is called Bain Marie and you cook it approximately 45 minutes.
  3. Take it out of the oven let it stand for 20 min. With a knife, go around the flan on the edges, invert onto a serving plate and enjoy.
