KETTERING, OH (FOX19) - An Ohio attorney and girls basketball coach has been arrested on charges of obscenity.

Marc Norman Greenberg, 32, is an attorney and the girls basketball coach at Chaminade-Julienne High School in Dayton.

The FBI arrested Greenberg, of Centerville, without incident at his law office on Monday morning.

Greenberg has been charged with 12 counts of violating Title 18, U.S. Code Section 1470 (Obscenity).

The complaint alleges that during the period February through April of 2009, Greenberg used computers at his home and office to engage in graphic sexual conversations and to transmit obscene images.  These images were sent to individuals who Greenberg believed were underage females.

Conviction on each count carries a maximum punishment of 10 years imprisonment.

The charges against Greenberg do not allege any illegal conduct by him in his role as the Chaminade-Julienne Girls Basketball Coach.  FBI investigators and Dayton Police Officers have been in contact with officials at Chaminade-Julienne High School and those officials are cooperating in this on-going investigation.
