CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) --Police have indicted a man for a 2002 murder.

28-year-old Jerry Jones was indicted on Thursday for Murder and Weapon Under Disability. Police beleived that Jones is responsible for the shooting death of 21-year-old Gregory Beauchamp.

On New Year's Eve in 2002, Beauchamp was standing outside a dance club at the corner of West Liberty and vine Streets when a group of men drove by and shot him. Police say afterwards Jones and the other men shouted anti-gay slurs at Beauchamp's friends.
