Mother's Day Brunch from Jimmy Gherardi

We have come up with the concept of "PAMA MEZZO e MEZZO"
Base concept is great ingredients.  Pama is great on its own,  Good Prosecco or Champagne is great on its own,
Good Maple Syrup is great on its own.  Let's combine them for a great simple recipe of 50/50.  

PAMA Mezzo e Mezzo Sparkler

2 1/2  ounces chilled PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
2 1/2 ounce chilled Prosecco or Champagne

Pour the Pama Liqueur into a Sparkling Wine Glass, tilt glass and add the Prosecco or Champagne.
Gently swirl to just combine and enjoy.

PAMA Mezzo e Mezzp Maple Sauce

2 ounces Pama Pomegranate  Liqueur
2 ounces Maple Syrup

Place Pama Liqueur in a small bowl and whisk in the Maple Syrup.  Serve at room temperature.
Great on French Toast , Pancakes, Scones, Cooked Bacon, Sausage and Ham.
