BURLINGTON, Ky. (AP) - A mother and her adult son have been indicted in northern Kentucky on charges of complicity to murder in the death of a reclusive millionaire whose body was found burned in Indiana.

The charges against 47-year-old Willa Blanc and her son, 28-year-old Louis Wilkinson, stem from the death of Walter Sartory, a retired scientist.

The Kentucky Enquirer reports that a Boone County grand jury also indicted the mother and son on Tuesday with complicity to kidnapping, knowingly abusing or neglecting an adult, knowingly exploiting an adult, tampering with physical evidence, abuse of a corpse and theft by deception.

Public defender Jason Gilbert says he anticipates Wilkinson entering a not guilty plea at his arraignment.

Another public defender representing Blanc did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
