Good afternoon! Here is your midday update from

BREAKING NEWS near Cleveland, Ohio, where a school is shut down as police frantically search for a teen armed with a hit list and a rifle.

A mother and son have been indicted in connection with the death of a Boone County millionaire. That story here.

The parents of a teen who killed herself over sexting have now filed a lawsuit against her school, a local city and several of her classmates.

A lawsuit has also been filed against the Campbell County jail for an inmate's death last year. The lawsuit was filed just not long before a series of three deaths at the jail.

There was a sticky situation on a local road this morning after a glue-like substance spilled.

The city of Reading's design review board will decide tonight whether or not a mannequin outside a restaurant is appropriate.

Two pretty incredible stories are our must-clicks of the day: A woman finds a script to the 'Twilight' film sequel in a trash can. Find out what she did with it.

And two Oregon women separated at birth reunite 56 years later.

Some rain in the area this morning. Check out your complete forecast.

Get ready for a unsettled weather pattern the next few days. I expect showers and thunderstorms by late morning into early afternoon today with a high of 71 degrees. Then temperatures in the mid 70's right into the weekend with thunderstorm chances everyday right into Sunday.
