Fajitas Jalisco


4 oz chicken strips

4 oz beef strips

8 large shrimp butterflied

1 half green bell pepper sliced in strips

1 half red bell pepper sliced in strips

1 half small onion sliced in strips

1 half tomato sliced in strips

1 TB vegetable oil

In a small bowl mix the following for Fajaita Spice:

2 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp chicken flavored bouillon (power)

3 tsp chili powder

½ tsp lemon pepper

1 tsp granulated garlic

Put one tablespoon vegetable oil in a pan. Heat to 350.  Place all meat except shrimp and in heated pan and cook for 30 seconds while stirring.  Add the veggies and 1 TB spice mix and cook for 3-4 min until veggies are tender/crisp.  Add shrimp after 3 minutes (it won't take long to cook).  Serve with beans, rice, sour cream, lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo (salsa) on soft tortillas.
