Cincinnati man sentenced for Public indecency

WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19)-- A Cincinnati man was sentenced for his sixth public Indecency conviction on Friday.

53-year-old Frank Papia was sentenced to 10 days in jail and three years of community control.

Papia was arrested after he exposed himself in front of a large window at the Border's bookstore in Deerfield Township in January. He was charged with felony Public Indecency because of his prior convictions in Hamilton County.

"This is a disturbing situation," Warren County Prosecutor Rachel Hutzel stated. "Hopefully, time in jail and community control will be enough to prevent this man from ever doing anything like this again."
