2-packs dry yeast
1/2- cup warm water
1 3/4-cups warm milk
6-to 7- cups plain flour
1/2- cup sugar
1-tablespoon salt
1/2- cup cooking oil
Mix all ingredients. Let rise once in bowl, until double its size, then punch down & roll into biscuits. Let rise again until double in size. Bake until golden brown.
