If you weren't able to catch President Obama's speech on national security live on FOX19.com, we have posted a recap here.

Crews are investigating a fatal fire in Elsmere. Get the latest info here.

We also have some pretty incredible pictures and videos posted of a major courthouse fire in Madison, Indiana.

A local mother and son have been are being held on a $10 million bond each for their roles in the death of a Boone County man.

Another American Idol season wrapped up last night. Who won? Find out! Also see exclusive reports from Q102's Fritsch.

And there is new information in Ryan Widmer's quest for a new trial. Get the latest here.

Some Sayler Park homeowners are upset with fines they have been receiving for not cleaning up sidewalks in front of their house.

FOX19.com must-click of the day: This comes from our Raycom sister station in Memphis. A shoplifter used her infant nephew as a weapon to get away from security guards.

Unseasonably warm today! What does your Memorial Day weekend look like?

A tad more humid this afternoon with plenty of sunshine and a high of 84 degrees. Expect sunny skies right through the weekend, temperatures in the low to mid-80's. I do expect a thunderstorm risk late on Memorial Day, on Monday, after 3pm. This will set up rain and thunderstorms for Tuesday and Wednesday of next week.
