2 cups flour
2 tspns baking powder
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter
3 sliced bananas
1 package peanut butter chips
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, sift together dry ingredients. Blend together butter, milk, eggs, then add to dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
Pour into greased 8 X 12 inch nonstick pan. Layer sliced bananas onto batter, then sprinkle on peanut butter chips.
Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes up dry.
