4 cups cooked yellow squash
1 box stove top stuffing, chicken flavor
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium chopped onion
1 lb. shredded chedar cheese
Boil squash until tender. Drain well.
In large bowl, add squash, stuffing, chicken soup, onion and half of the cheese. Mix well. Top with remaining cheese.
Cook in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Serve with yeast rolls to bring out some more flavor.
